(212.84.117.166)		I noticed that the site has been taking a hefty hit count since the nominations started and the nominations form was sometimes taking down the forums and other access based dbs - with resource problems. I've now seperated the nomination DB and moved it to MySQL, which seems to have taken the pressure off the forums.
